辨证针刺治疗中风后遗症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 系统评价不同体质的中风后遗症患者应用针对性辨证针刺施治方案的临床效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月于大连市中医医院神经内科病房住院并接受治疗的中风后遗症患者60例,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组予常规治疗方案,试验组在对照组基础上联合体质辨识、辨证针刺施治方案,观察两组治疗前后功能独立性评测(FIM)量表评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,试验组FIM量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05)。结论 中风后遗症患者接受体质辨识结合辨证针刺治疗,可显著改善肢体运动功能恢复情况,提高自我认知能力及生活质量,调节脏腑气血、阴阳、经络循行,醒脑开窍,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of targeted syndrome differentiation acupuncture on different con-stitutions of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods Sixty patients with stroke sequelae who were hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the ex-perimental group was combined with constitution identification and syndrome differentiation acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The functional independence assessment(FIM)scale and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,FIM scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of control group(83.33%,25/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of physical identification and syndrome differentiation acupuncture treatment for stroke sequelae pa-tients can significantly improve the recovery of limb motor function,improve self-cognitive ability and quality of life,regulate the cir-culation of qi and blood,yin and yang,meridians and collaterals of the zang-fu-organs,and awake the brain and resuscitate the body.The effect is significant and is worthy of clinical promotion.
