热敏灸联合腕踝针治疗原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析热敏灸联合腕踝针在原发性痛经患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月漳州市中医院收治的80例原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组接受单一热敏灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加腕踝针治疗,对比两组患者临床效果。结果 观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、症状评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在原发性痛经患者护理中应用热敏灸、腕踝针,可以让患者的痛经症状得到良好的缓解,有助于患者生活质量的改善,患者更容易接受。Objective To analyze the application effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture in nursing care of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received single heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score,symptom score and quality of life score of observation group were bet-ter than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heat-sensitive moxibustion and wrist and ankle acupuncture in the care of patients with primary dysmenorrhea can make the symptoms of dysmenorrhea of patients be well alleviated,help to im-prove the quality of life of patients,and patients are more acceptable.
