连花清瘟颗粒治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨连花清瘟颗粒对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床症状、血清炎性因子表达与肺功能的影响。方法 选择2020年3月-2023年2月定南县第一人民医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予连花清瘟颗粒治疗,均用药14 d。对比两组临床症状消退时间、血清炎性因子表达情况、肺功能指标、不良反应。结果 观察组各临床症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-16、IL-10、干扰素(IFN)-γ、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速值(PEF)均高于对照组,呼吸频率(RR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 连花清瘟颗粒应用于肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗取得了较佳的临床效果,可明显缩短患儿的症状改善时间,显著降低其炎症反应,并对肺功能的改善有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of Lianhua Qingwen granules on clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factor expression,and lung function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneu-moniae pneumonia admitted to Dingnan County First People’s Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected and ran-domly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical symptom resolution time,serum inflammatory factor expression,lung function indicators,and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-16,IL-10,interferon(IFN)-γand C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the first second were higher than those in the control group,and the respiratory rate(RR)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu-sion The application of Lianhua Qingwen granules in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has achieved good clinical effect,which can significantly shorten the symptom improvement time,significantly reduce the inflammatory response,and have a posi-tive effect on the improvement of lung function.
