梅花针联合牵正散治疗风寒型周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察梅花针联合牵正散治疗风寒型周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年2月万载县中医院收治的风寒型周围性面瘫患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组给予梅花针联合牵正散治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,4周后对比两组治疗结果,观察临床疗效、面神经功能评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分。结果 治疗组总有效率为87.50%(35/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组面神经功能评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 梅花针联合牵正散治疗风寒型周围性面瘫的临床效果优于常规针刺,可明确改善患者面神经功能,明显减轻焦虑状态,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle combined with Qianzheng powder in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial palsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis caused by wind-cold admitted to Wanzai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with plum blossom needle combined with Qianzheng powder,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 4 weeks,the therapeutic results of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy,facial nerve function grade and Hamilton depression scale score were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%(35/40),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,28/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function grading scores and Hamilton depression Scale scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle combined with Qianzheng powder in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paraly-sis is better than that of conventional acupoint extraction,can clearly improve facial nerve motor indicators,promote the recovery of fa-cial nerve function,and significantly reduce the anxiety state of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
