富血小板血浆联合经筋疗法在半月板损伤术后康复的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察富血小板血浆(PRP)联合经筋疗法对半月板损伤术后早期康复的疗效。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年12月收治的半月板损伤患者50例,分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。两组均予关节镜半月板修复术,术后对照组予经筋疗法,观察组予PRP联合经筋治疗,比较两组术前、术后1个月和3个月患膝视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节活动度(ROM)、膝关节Lysholm评分及临床疗效。结果 术后1个月、3个月,观察组膝关节Lysholm评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),但术后1个月两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。术后1个月,两组ROM均改善较小且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,观察组ROM优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为88.00%(22/25),高于对照组的76.00%(19/25)(P<0.05)。结论 PRP联合经筋疗法可提升半月板损伤术后患者的关节活动度,改善其膝关节功能,有利于术后早期康复。Objective To observe the curative effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with meridian sinew therapy on early re-habilitation after meniscus injury.Methods A total of 50 patients with meniscus injury admitted from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects and divided into observation group and control group,with 25 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with arthroscopic meniscus repair.The control group was treated with meridian sinew therapy after surgery,and the obser-vation group was treated with PRP combined with meridian sinew therapy.Knee pain(VAS)scores,knee range of motion and knee Lysholm scores were recorded before surgery,1 month and 3 months after surgery.Results At 1 month and 3 months after operation,Lysholm score of knee joint in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the VAS scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups one month after surgery(P>0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group three months after surgery(P<0.01).One month after op-eration,the improvement of ROM in both groups was small and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the ROM of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 88.00%(22/25),which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%,19/25)(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP com-bined with meridian sinew therapy can improve the range of motion and the function of knee joint,which is conducive to the early reha-bilitation after meniscus injury.
