摘　　要：人口老龄化加剧了许多慢性老年病的流行。骨质疏松症(OP)是一种全身性的骨病,以骨量减少、骨的微观结构被破坏为特征。肌少-骨质疏松症(OS)是指患者同时患有OP及肌少症(SP),广泛存在于老年人群中。研究OS的发病机制,对预防和治疗此病,提高老年人的生活质量和身心健康具有重要意义。通过对OS的研究,可以对肌肉骨骼疾病有一个更加全面、系统的认知,治疗上要兼顾肌肉及骨骼进行综合全面的干预。基于中医“肌骨不相亲”理论,此病虽然表现在肌肉和骨骼上,但其病灶在脏腑,属脾和肾。此病虚实夹杂,以虚为主,治疗时应当重脾肾两脏共同调节,以补虚为主,祛邪次之。现就OS的诊断、发病机制、干预和治疗作一综述。The ageing of the population has exacerbated the prevalence of many chronic diseases of old age.Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by loss of bone mass and destruction of the microscopic structure of bone.Sarcopenia-osteoporosis refers to patients suffering from both osteoporosis and sarcopenia.It is widespread in the elderly population.The study of the pathogenesis of sarcopenia-osteoporosis is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of this disease and the improvement of the quality of life and physical and mental health of the elderly.Through the research of sarcopenia-osteoporosis,the authors can have a more com-prehensive and systematic cognition of musculoskeletal diseases,and comprehensive intervention should be carried out both in the treatment of muscle and bone.Based on the theory of“disharmony between bone and muscle”in traditional Chinese medicine,al-though the disease manifests in the muscles and bones,its focus is in the viscera,belonging to the spleen and kidney.The disease is mixed with deficiency and deficiency,mainly deficiency,which should be regulated jointly by spleen and kidney in treatment to supplement deficiency,exorcism followed.This article reviewed the diagnosis,pathogenesis,intervention and treatment of sarcopenia-osteoporosis.
