摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DKD)是一种常见的糖尿病微血管并发症,是由多机制、多因素相互作用导致的。在炎症机制作用下释放的炎性因子与DKD发展密切相关,抗炎成为治疗DKD的主要临床切入点。研究表明中医药在DKD炎症机制方面发挥着良好优势,文章通过对与DKD紧密相关的炎症因子及可调控DKD炎症的中医药进行系统总结,为DKD的预防和治疗提供一定的临床参考。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common diabetic microvascular complication that is the result of multi-mechanism,multifactorial interactions.The inflammatory factors released under the action of inflammatory mechanism are closely related to the de-velopment of DKD,and anti-inflammatory has become the main clinical entry point for the treatment of DKD.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine plays a good advantage in the inflammatory mechanism of DKD.This article provided a clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of DKD by systematically summarizing the inflammatory factors closely related to DKD and related traditional Chinese medicine.
