摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病,其引起的、最典型的血液系统疾病是贫血,中医整体审查、标本兼治,不良反应少。近年来相关研究表明中医药应用于临床治疗RA伴贫血能有效缓解其炎症反应及改善贫血症状。文章从中医角度论述RA伴贫血患者的临床特点、发病机制及治疗进展。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic autoimmune disease.Anemia is the most prominent manifestation of RA in the blood system.Traditional Chinese medicine adopts the overall point of view,treats both the symptoms and the root causes,and has few adverse reactions.In recent years,relevant studies have shown that the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treat-ment of RA with anemia can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response and improve the symptoms of anemia.This article dis-cussed the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis and treatment progress of RA patients with anemia from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.
