摘　　要：围绝经期综合征(Perimenopausal syndrome,PMS)指妇女因性激素水平波动而出现躯体不适的证候群,严重影响围绝经期女性的身心健康和生活质量。现代医学以激素替代治疗为主要干预手段,可取得良好的临床效果。近年来研究发现,运用中医药手段治疗PMS亦可取得良好效果。文章归纳、总结PMS的病因病机,综述当前中医药治疗此病的研究成果,以期为临床应用中医药治疗PMS提供参考。Perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)refers to the syndrome of physical discomfort in women due to the fluctuation of sex hor-mone levels,which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of perimenopausal women.Modern medicine takes hormone replacement therapy as the main intervention and has achieved good clinical results.In recent years,studies have found that the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMS has achieved good results.This article will summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of PMS and summarize the current research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PMS,in order to provide reference for the treatment of PMS with traditional Chinese medicine.
