湖北省区域性医院感染监测平台数据管理实践

摘　　要：目的医院感染监测平台的建设及维护对开展区域性医院感染监测,掌握各地区及医疗机构医院感染防控水平及风险具有重要意义。本研究通过对湖北省医院感染监测平台进行管理,以提高数据质量及准确性。方法自2023年起,采用信息化手段和数据标准化方式,通过对湖北省医院感染监测平台数据的安全性、代表性、准确性、平台数据与医院数据的一致性、数据核查及时性等进行管理及分析,查找存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案。结果湖北省医院感染管理质量控制中心通过迁移数据库及签订安全管理协议提升数据安全保障,组织动员各医疗机构进行数据上报,扩大数据监测范围。同时,通过对监测平台数据及院内数据进行比对改进,从数据源、算法及应用方面提高数据一致性。此外,对监测平台实行分层管理、建立奖励机制、提供技术支持、加强数据质控,提升数据质量及准确性。结论做好区域性医院感染监测平台的管理,持续推进监测平台的发展,为不同层级卫生行政机构及院感质控中心制定医院感染防控策略、开展质量控制、评审考核提供数据支持,提高区域性医院感染管理水平。OBJECTIVE To conduct the regional nosocomial infection surveillance through the construction and maintenance of nosocomial infection surveillance platform,master the level of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in medical institutions of the areas,assess the risk and check the data from Hubei Province nosocomial infection surveillance platform so as to raise the quality and accuracy of the data from the surveillance platform.METHODS Since 2023,the informatization means and data standardization measures were adopted to observe the safety,representativeness,accuracy,consistency between the data from the platform and the hospital data as well as the timeliness of data check.The existing problems were found out,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.RESULTS Hubei Province nosocomial infection management quality control center promoted the security assurance of data through migrated database and signing safe management protocol,encouraging the medical institutions to report the data and expanding the scope of data surveillance.By comparing the surveillance platform data to the nosocomial data,the consistency between the data from the surveillance platform and the data from the hospital was improved with the respect to data source,algorithm and application.In addition,the quality and accuracy of the data were also improved by carrying out hierarchical management,establishing the reward mechanism,providing technical support,and strengthening the quality control of data.CONCLUSION The reasonable management of the data from the regional nosocomial infection surveillance platform and continuous promotion of development of the surveillance platform may provide data support for the health administrative institutions and infection quality control center to formulate the prevention strategies,conduct the supervision and appraisal,and improve the management of regional nosocomial infection.
