摘　　要：目的分析宁夏地区区域性医院感染信息化监测平台的建设与管理策略,探讨其在实际应用中的效果、存在问题及未来发展方向。方法采用先进的信息技术和数据自动化分析手段,搭建医院感染信息化监测平台,通过统一的数据交互规则对过程数据持续采集,实现了区域内各医疗机构医院感染质控指标的动态监测及智慧展示。结果医院感染信息化监测平台的建立和应用,对推进区域内各医疗机构信息化建设、风险识别、质控管理及专项改进等工作起到积极作用,为感染防控策略的制定提供了科学依据,促进了医院感染管理的标准化、规范化和同质化发展。结论医院感染信息化监测平台的建设、管理与应用,为提高区域性医院感染防控水平、保障医疗质量和安全发挥了重要作用,平台将不断完善、升级,为宁夏地区医院感染防控工作提供更加全面、精准、智能的支持和保障。OBJECTIVE To analyze the strategies for construction and management of information surveillance platform for health care-associated infections in Ningxia Autonomous Region and explore the effect on actual practice,existing problems and future direction of development.METHODS The nosocomial infection information surveillance platform was constructed by using advanced information technology and automated analysis of data,the process data were continuously collected through the unified data interaction rules,and the goals of dynamic monitoring and wisdom display function of the quality control indexes for health care-associated infections were achieved in the medical institutions.RESULTS The establishment and application of the information surveillance platform for health care-associated infections played a positive role in promoting the information construction of the medical institutions,risk identification,quality control management and special project improvement,provided scientific bases for formulating the infection prevention and control strategies,and pushed forward the standardized,normalized and homogenized development of management of health care-associated infections.CONCLUSIONS The construction,management and application of the information surveillance platform for health care-associated infections play a significant role in improving the level of prevention and control of infection and ensuring the medical quality and safety.It needs to continuously complete and optimize the construction of the platform on basis of the current achievement so as to offer more comprehensive,precise and intelligent support for prevention and control of health care-associated infections in Ningxia Autonomous Region.
