摘 要:目的了解山西省医疗机构信息化建设及医院感染管理信息系统配备和运行状况,为智慧医院建设发展提供依据。方法采取现场调研、问卷调查等方法收集山西省292所二级及以上医疗机构各类信息系统的建设情况、医院感染监测信息系统基本功能及应用情况。结果三级医疗机构医院感染监测信息系统配备率(97.92%)高于二级医疗机构医院感染监测信息系统配备率(28.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。二级医疗机构中,电子病历管理系统配备率(79.92%)、影像信息系统配备率(63.93%)、实验室信息系统配备率(80.33%)高于医院感染监测系统配备率(28.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.008),但三级医疗机构中,电子病历管理系统配备率(97.92%)、影像信息系统配备率(91.67%)、实验室信息系统配备率(97.92%)与医院感染监测系统配备率(97.92%)无统计学差异。不同级别医疗机构医院感染信息系统实际功能实现率存在差异性,其中三级医疗机构医院感染病例自动筛查及提醒(100.00%)、医院感染暴发预警(93.62%)、监测信息分类统计(89.36%)以及信息推送对话功能(76.60%)优于二级医疗机构(P<0.05)。结论建立医院感染信息监测评价体系,对于完善医院感染监测信息系统功能,提高信息监测的及时性和监测结果的准确性具有重大意义。OBJECTIVE To understand the status of information construction,equipping and operation of nosocomial infection management information systems in medical institutions of Shanxi Province so as to provide bases for construction and development of smart hospitals.METHODS The status of construction of various information systems,basic functions of nosocomial infection surveillance information systems and status of application were collected from 292 secondary and above medical institutions of Shanxi Province by means of onsite survey and questionnaire survey.RESULTS The rate of equipping the nosocomial infection surveillance information systems was 97.92%in the tertiary medical institutions,higher than 28.69%in the secondary medical institutions,and there was significant difference(P<0.001).In the secondary medical institutions,the equipping rates of electronic medical records management system,imaging information system,and laboratory information system were respectively 79.92%,63.93%and 80.33%,higher than 28.69%of nosocomial infection surveillance system,and there was significant difference(P<0.008).In the tertiary medical institutions,the equipping rate of electronic medical records management system was 97.92%,with the imaging information system 91.67%,the laboratory information system 97.92%,nosocomial infection surveillance system 97.92%,and there was no significant difference.There was significant difference in the rate of achieving the actual functions of the nosocomial infection information systems among the medical institutions;the rates of achieving automatic screening and alerting of nosocomial infection cases,early warning of nosocomial infection outbreak,classified statistics of surveillance information,and information push function of the tertiary medical institutions were respectively 100.00%,93.62%,89.36%and 76.60%,higher than those of the secondary medical institutions(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The establishment of nosocomial infection information surveillance evaluation system has great significance to com
