摘  要:基于三阶段超效率SBM模型研究西部地区2007-2022年生态全要素生产率并建立随机效应Tobit模型实证分析西部地区城镇化与生态全要素生产率之间的关系。西部地区城镇化与生态全要素生产率之间呈稳定的“倒U”型关系;城镇化建设通过技术创新提高西部地区生态全要素生产率水平。西部地区传统城镇化发展模式会导致生态全要素生产率在城镇化发展后期呈下降态势,要调整产业结构,优化人力资本,充分发挥技术创新的支撑作用,加强推进以绿色高质量发展为目标的新型城镇化建设,全面提升西部地区生态全要素生产率。Based on the three-stagc supcr efficicncy SBM model,this paper studics the ccological total factor productivity ratc in the wcstcrn region from 2007 to 2022,and cstahblishcs a random effect Tobit model to cmpirically analyzc the relationship bectwcen urbanization and ccological total factor prodluctivity rate in the westcrn region.There is a stable"invertcd U"relationship bctween urbanization and ccological total factor prodluctivity ratc in the wosten region;Urbanization construction improves the lecvcl of ccological total factor productivity ratc in the western region through technological innovation.The traditional urbanization devclopment mode in the western region will lcad to the declinc of ccological total factor productivity rate in the latce stage of urbanization devclopment.We should adjust the industrial structurc,optimize human capital,give full play to the supporting role of tcchnological innovation,strcngthcn the promotion of new urbanization construction with the goal of green and high-quality dcvclopment,and improvc the ccological total factor procluctivity ratc in the westcrn region.
