摘 要:谈心谈话是辅导员了解学生、维护学生心理健康的关键。受David R.Evans等人理论的启发,本研究构建了一种系统化、有序化的辅导员谈心新模式。该模式分为探索、澄清、行动三阶段。探索阶段,辅导员通过倾听和共情与学生建立信任关系;澄清阶段,用开放式问题引导学生深入探索问题并设定目标;行动阶段,辅导员与学生共同制定行动计划并提供必要的支持和反馈。辅导员需提升专业素养,以更有效地支持学生成长。本研究为辅导员谈心谈话提供了新的理论视角和实践方法,丰富了辅导员谈心谈话的理论体系。Heart-to-heart conversations are essential for student supervisors to understand students and maintain their psychological health.Inspired by the theories of David R.Evans and others,a systematic and orderly new model for supervisor-student conversations has been developed,divided into three stages:exploration,clarification,and action.In the exploration phase,student supervisors build trust with students through listening and empathy;in the clarification phase,open-ended questions guide students to explore issues and set goals;in the action phase,student supervisors work with students to formulate action plans and provide necessary support and feedback.It is important for student supervisors to develop their professional skills in order to support student development more effectively.This study provides a new theoretical perspective and practical methods for student supervisors'heart-to-heart conversations,enriching the theoretical system of heart-to-heart conversations.
