摘　　要：东方管理学是以东方各国的管理文化、管理思想和管理实践为研究起点,由中国学者率先提出并持续开展原创性研究的新兴管理学科,自20世纪80年代中期以来,已经形成了一大批具有本土特色的理论与实践成果。东方管理研究和学科建设还存在许多需要创新和发展的问题,如:研究力度尚需强化,研究边界尚需厘清,研究内容尚需丰富,研究方法尚需多元,表达方式尚需创新等。未来的东方管理研究将“道”“术”并重,全面发展。Oriental management is an emerging management discipline that takes the management culture,management ideas,and management practices of various Oriental countries as its research starting point.It was first proposed by Chinese scholars and continues to carry out original research.Since the mid-1980s,it has formed a large number of theoretical and practical achievements with local characteristics.There are still many issues in the research and discipline construction of Oriental management that require innovation and development,such as the need to strengthen research efforts,clarify research boundaries,enrich research content,diversify research methods,and innovate expression methods.Future research on Oriental management will emphasize both"Dao"and"Shu"and develop comprehensively.
