马产业链:理论内涵、制约因素与优化路径业

摘　　要：马产业是现代化产业体系的重要组成部分,着力提升马产业链发展水平是推动马产业高质量发展的关键环节。本文基于链传动理论,认为马产业链是指围绕马产品或服务的生产交易活动,形成的从马匹繁育、养殖到马产品加工,再到马文化旅游等覆盖上、中、下游产业的全过程链条,其内涵特征包括产业链“链主”“链条”“链接”三个方面,马产业市场创新能力、马产品服务消费需求和马产业融合水平是马产业链形成的理论逻辑。当前,我国马产业链发展仍面临“链主”主体约束、“链条”结构不稳、“链接”关系不优等困境。据此,从培育更多具有牵引作用的“链主”马企业、加快推进马产业链补链、强链、延链、以现代生产要素赋能马产业链高质量发展等方面提出优化路径。The horse industry is an important component of the modern industrial system,and enhancing the development level of the horse industry chain is a key aspect of promoting high-quality development in this sector.In light of chain transmission theory,this paper defines the horse industry chain as a complete process chain formed around the production and trading activities of horse products or services.This chain encompasses the entire upstream,midstream,and downstream industries,from horse breeding and raising to the processing of horse products and equestrian tourism.Its connotation includes three aspects:the"chain leader,"the"chain,"and the"link."The market's innovation capability,the consumer demand for horse product services,and the integration level of the horse industry are the theoretical logic behind the formation of the horse industry chain.Currently,the development of the horse industry chain in China still faces constraints such as the limitations of"chain leaders,"unstable"chain"structures,and suboptimal"link"relationships.Accordingly,this paper proposes optimization paths like cultivating more leading horse enterprises with traction,accelerating the supplementation,reinforcement,extension of the horse industry chain,and empowering high-quality development of the horse industry chain with modern production factors.
