摘  要:低频振荡在动车组列车和牵引网交互系统(简称车网系统)中频繁发生。作为动车组整流器的重要组成部分,二阶广义积分器(second-order generalized integrator,SOGI)也会对低频振荡产生影响,但其影响在以往的研究中尚未得到充分的说明。基于动车组整流器和牵引网的等效单输入单输出(single-input and single-output,SISO)阻抗模型,揭示了电压和电流SOGI对车网系统低频稳定性的影响。研究发现,2种SOGI的带宽都会影响动车组整流器的负电阻特性,从而影响车网系统的稳定性。此外,与电压SOGI带宽相比,系统稳定性受电流SOGI带宽影响更大。因此,为有效抑制车网系统低频振荡,提出了一种基于陷波滤波器的电流SOGI(trap filter-based SOGI,TF-SOGI),以等效地调节电流SOGI的带宽。综合考虑系统动态响应速度和稳定性,对TF-SOGI进行了参数设计,并通过系统等效SISO阻抗Bode图,验证了所提出的TF-SOGI在低频振荡抑制方面的优越性。最后,基于Starsim/HIL硬件在环仿真平台,进一步验证了理论分析的正确性和TF-SOGI在低频振荡抑制中的有效性。Low-frequency oscillation(LFO)has been frequently triggered in the electric multiple units(EMUs)and traction power grid interaction system(hereinafter called vehicle-grid system).As an essential component of the rectifier of EMUs,the second order generalized integrator(SOGI)also contributes to the LFO.Still,its impact has yet to be fully studied in previous research.This paper reveals the respective influence of voltage and current SOGI on the low-frequency stability of vehicle-grid systems based on the equivalent single-input and single-output(SISO)impedance models of the rectifier of EMUs and grid.It is found that the bandwidth of both two SOGIs can affect the negative resistance character of the EMUs rectifier,thus affecting the stability of system.Besides,compared to the voltage SOGI bandwidth,the system stability is more sensitive to the current SOGI bandwidth.In this regard,to effectively suppress the LFO in the vehicle-grid system,a trap filter-based current SOGI(TF-SOGI)is proposed to adjust the bandwidth of the current SOGI equivalently.The design of the TF-SOGI parameters is clarified by considering the dynamic response speed and the system stability simultaneously.Then,the superiority of the proposed TF-SOGI in LFO suppression to the existing SOGI is verified via the Bode plots of the equivalent SISO impedance model.Finally,the simulations on the controller hardware in the loop(HIL)platform are implemented,further validating the theoretical analysis's accuracy and the superior performance of TF-SOGI in LFO suppression.
