摘 要:感应取电+多中继无线供电为高压输电杆塔在线监测设备提供了一种不受天气影响且安全稳定的新型供电方式。然而,目前多中继无线供电技术还缺少完整的系统设计和高压环境下的运行验证。为此,该文提出了一套面向35kV电压等级的多中继无线供电系统方案,并研制了具有无线电能传输功能的一体化绝缘子装置。首先,基于系统电路模型,以实现恒压输出和零相角输入为目标,设计了五线圈-多中继无线供电系统的补偿电容参数,并给出了功率变换电路设计方案;其次,给出了多中继线圈与环氧树脂绝缘子的一体化封装方案和封装流程,并制作了一套一体化绝缘子装置;最后,通过实验验证了多中继无线供电系统的恒压特性,并且通过高压实验验证了融合多中继线圈的一体化绝缘子的绝缘性能以及在高压环境下实现无线能量传输的可行性。实验结果表明,整套设备输出功率达到44.38W,传输效率达84.5%,一体化绝缘子装置满足35kV电压等级绝缘耐压要求。Induction energy harvester and multi-relay wireless power transfer provide a new power supply method that is not affected by the weather and is safe and stable for the online monitoring equipment of high-voltage transmission towers.However,this technical roadmap still needs complete system design and verification.To this end,this paper proposes a multi-relay wireless power transfer system scheme for the 35kV voltage level.It develops an integrated insulator device with a wireless power transmission function for the first time.Firstly,based on the system circuit model,to achieve constant voltage output and zero-phase angle input,the compensation capacitance parameters of the five-coil-multi-relay wireless power transfer system were designed,and the power conversion circuit scheme was given.Secondly,the integrated packaging scheme and packaging process of multi-relay coil and epoxy resin insulator are given,and a set of integrated insulator devices is fabricated.Finally,the constant voltage characteristics of the multi-relay wireless power transfer system are verified by experiments.The high-voltage experiments verify the insulation performance of the integrated insulator fused with multi-relay coils and the feasibility of wireless energy transmission in a high-voltage environment.The experimental results show that the output power of the whole set of equipment reaches 44.38W while the transmission efficiency reaches 84.5%.The integrated insulator device meets the insulation withstand voltage requirements of 35kV.
