摘　　要：荣誉军人教育培训事关伤残战士心理康复、社会融入、就业生存、后方建设等重要环节。解放战争时期,山东解放区在抗战时期的实践基础上,在管理机制、教学机关、教育方案以及干部队伍等方面建章立制,为教育培训工作的系统开展提供了可能。荣誉军人教育培训围绕如何充分发挥荣军继续担负骨干力量的积极性与主动性这一主旨展开,以思想政治教育和文化教育为主体、业务教育或生产教育为补充。在多方共同努力下,教育培训有效提高荣军的思想文化水平,在安家立业、生产支前、政权建设等方面作出良好表率,再塑了军人荣光。The education and training of disabled soldiers is a key aspect of psychological rehabilitation,social integration,employment,and survival.During the War of Liberation,the Shandong Liberated Areas established regulations governing management,teaching institutions,education programs,and cadre development,creating conditions for the systematic advancement of education and training.These efforts focused on harnessing the enthusiasm and initiative of disabled soldiers,with ideological,political,and cultural education as the core,supplemented by vocational and production training.Through the joint efforts of various parties,this education improved the ideological and cultural levels of disabled soldiers,helped them settle down,support production,contribute to the regime's construction,and ultimately"remold"their glory.
