摘　　要：在城市轨道交通行业不断发展的背景下,城市轨道交通运营管理专业的人才培养目标与教学需要不断改革创新。城市轨道交通运营管理专业的课程依托轨道交通实训基地,通过深化与城市轨道交通运营企业的合作,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面进行深入的教学改革与探索,取得了良好的教学效果。In the context of the continuous development of the urban rail transit industry,the talent training objectives and teaching of urban rail transit operation management need to be continuously reformed and innovated.Relying on the rail transit training base,the course of urban rail transit operation management has carried out in-depth teaching reform and exploration from the aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching methods by deepening the cooperation with urban rail transit operation enterprises,and has achieved good teaching results.
