摘 要:随着科技与信息技术的持续深入发展,现阶段虚拟现实、虚拟仿真等先进的智能化信息技术在各领域广泛运用。在机电加工制造领域中,虚拟技术同样获得广泛运用,可以采取合理措施,开展机电一体化形式的虚拟原型模拟设计。因此虚拟原型机电一体化设计技术分析受到广泛关注,相关理论研究及实践探索大量涌现。基于此,简单分析虚拟原型机电一体化设计流程与模式,深入探讨相关的设计要点,以供参考。With the continuous and in-depth development of science and technology and information technology,advanced intelligent information technologies such as virtual reality and virtual simulation are widely used in various fields.In the field of mechatronic manufacturing,virtual technology is also widely used,and reasonable measures can be taken to carry out virtual prototype simulation design in the form of mechatronics.Therefore,the technical analysis of virtual prototype mechatronics design has received extensive attention,and a large number of related theoretical research and practical explorations have emerged.Based on this,the design process and mode of mechatronics of virtual prototype are briefly analyzed,and the relevant design points are discussed in depth for reference.
