摘 要:在汽车制造业飞速发展的今天,人们对于零部件的生产效率,质量以及材料利用率等方面的需求与日俱增。基于这一背景,楔横轧技术这一先进制造工艺在汽车生产零部件中表现出明显的创新应用与材料节约效果。楔横轧过程是指金属坯料经过特定形状楔型模具而发生局部连续塑性变形的过程,该过程的原理是建立在金属材料塑性流动特性之上。这一过程中的关键参数主要有模具形状、轧制速度和轧制力,它们对制品的成形质量及材料利用率有着直接的影响。研究结果表明:楔横轧工艺在优化材料流动路径、降低材料损失等方面取得明显材料节约效果。量化评估表明,将此工艺应用于汽车生产零部件可明显降低材料成本进而增加经济效益。With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,people's demand for the production efficiency,quality and material utilization rate of parts is increasing day by day.Based on this background,the advanced manufacturing process of wedge cross-rolling technology has shown obvious innovative application and material saving effect in automobile production parts.The wedge cross-rolling process refers to the process of local continuous plastic deformation of the metal blank through a specific shape wedge die,and the principle of the process is based on the plastic flow characteristics of the metal material.The key parameters in this process are mainly the shape of the die,the rolling speed and the rolling force,which have a direct impact on the forming quality and material utilization rate of the product.The results show that the wedge cross-rolling process can achieve significant material saving effects in optimizing the material flow path and reducing the material loss.The quantitative evaluation shows that the application of this process to the production of automobile parts can significantly reduce the material cost and increase the economic benefits.
