摘 要:本文深入探讨了焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的多维度影响,通过理论分析与实践验证相结合,系统研究了电流、电压、焊接速度、保护气体类型及流量等关键参数对焊缝成形、力学性能、耐腐蚀性及微观组织的作用。研究采用控制变量法设计对比实验,并结合金相分析、力学测试及微观结构观察等技术手段,对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,合理优化工艺参数能显著提升焊接接头质量,为实际生产中的工艺优化提供了理论依据与参考。In this paper,the multi-dimensional influence of welding process parameters on welding quality is deeply discussed,and the effects of key parameters such as current,voltage,welding speed,shielding gas type and flow rate on weld forming,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and microstructure are systematically studied through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical verification.In this study,the control variable method was used to design comparative experiments,and the experimental results were analyzed by combining metallographic analysis,mechanical testing and microstructure observation.The results show that reasonable optimization of process parameters can significantly improve the quality of welded joints,which provides a theoretical basis and reference for process optimization in actual production.
