摘　　要：众所周知涂胶在白车身制造环节有着至关重要的作用,涂胶质量关系到整车的强度、密封、防腐、减震、降噪性能,良好的涂胶质量有助于板件贴合时胶品压敷宽度和填充率的达成,提升车身性能,涂胶量过多或过少都会影响车身质量,涂胶量过多可能污染车身影响下道工序,涂胶量过少会造成填充率不足影响车身性能,而良好的涂胶主要体现在胶条的均匀性和涂胶量的精确度,因此精确的涂胶设备和良好的涂胶控制系统显得尤为重要。It is well known that glue coating plays an important role in body-in-white manufacturing,and glue quality is related to the strength,sealing,anticorrosion,shock absorption and noise reduction performance of the whole vehicle.Good glue quality is helpful to achieve the pressing width and filling rate of glue when the panels are fitted.To improve the performance of the car body,too much or too little glue will affect the quality of the car body,and too much glue may affect the next process.Too little glue application will cause insufficient filling rate and affect the car body performance,and good glue coating is mainly reflected in the uniformity of the adhesive strip and the accuracy of glue application,so accurate glue coating equipment and good glue coating control system are particularly important.
