摘　　要：首先理论分析紧固件在制动力(力矩)作用下承受的剪切载荷与其许用剪切载荷的匹配性;然后计算分析被联结件松动所需的轴向力与紧固件拧紧产生的轴向预紧力的匹配性;通过计算紧固件的剪切载荷、预紧力的安全系数,评估制动器底板螺栓连接的可靠性。Firstly,the matching between the shear load of fasteners under the action of braking force(torque)and its allowable shear load is theoretically analyzed.Then the article calculates and analyzes the matching between the axial force required by the loosening of the connected part and the axial preload force generated by the tightening of the fastener.The reliability of bolt connection of brake bottom plate is evaluated by calculating the safety factor of shear load and preload of fastener.
