摘  要:拉簧-气弹簧助力开启的三厢车行李箱盖系统中,其拉簧力值、气弹簧力值以及布置位置在正向设计过程中需进行大量的数据计算,为简化布置难度,对行李箱盖系统开闭过程建立了力学模型,将拉簧力矩、气弹簧力矩以及行李箱盖重力矩表示为以行李箱盖开闭角度为单一变量的参数,并应用Excel编辑形成了计算表单来简化计算过程。同时,通过理论分析提出了该系统中拉簧力值与气弹簧力值的优化设计方法。In the design process of gas spring for three compartment car trunk lid,a large amount of data calculation is required for the tension spring force value,gas spring force value,and layout position.In order to simplify the difficulty of layout,a mechanical model was established for the opening and closing process of the luggage compartment lid system.The tension spring torque,gas spring torque,and luggage compartment lid weight torque are represented as parameters with the luggage compartment lid opening and closing angle as a single variable,and a calculation form was formed by applying Excel to simplify the calculation process.At the same time,an optimization design method for the tension spring force value and gas spring force value in the system was proposed through theoretical analysis.
