摘  要:针对传统离合器从动盘式扭转减振器的工作角度小、扭转刚度调节范围有限的问题,设计了一款新型大扭转角膜片弹簧离合器。首先分析Φ270大扭转角膜片弹簧离合器结构及工作原理,并对该离合器所搭载的膜片弹簧进行设计校核。然后对该离合器的后备系数、滑磨功、温升、传递扭矩、踏板行程以及踏板力进行了校核。最后通过试验验证了大扭转角膜片弹簧离合器的扭转特性,结果显示其性能及疲劳寿命均能满足要求。In addressing the challenges of limited working angles and a narrow range of torsional stiffness adjustment in conventional clutch torsional dampers,this study presents the design of a novel diaphragm spring clutch with long travel damper.The paper began with an analysis of the structure and operating principles of theΦ270 diaphragm spring clutch with long travel damper,followed by the design and verification of the diaphragm spring incorporated within the clutch.Subsequently,a comprehensive verification was conducted on the clutch's reserve radio,slipping work,temperature rise,torque transmission,pedal travel,and pedal force.The torsional characteristics of the large torsion corneal spring clutch were ultimately confirmed through experimental validation,demonstrating that its performance and fatigue life meet the necessary specifications.
