摘  要:离合器压盘固定螺栓的力矩衰减会导致离合失效,影响车辆起步和挂挡。行业内每年售后赔偿达上千万。为了消除该问题,减少行业售后赔偿,节约社会资源。团队首先通过非码分析,确定离合器压盘螺栓力矩衰减的主要原因是缺少可靠的径向限位。团队根据非码分析,设计出了一种锥形定位螺栓。通过对比实验,采用锥形定位螺栓的车辆在实验后未出现离合器压盘螺栓力矩衰减现象。证明了该方法可以有效提升了离合器压盘连接的可靠性。The torque attenuation of the clutch pressure plate fixing bolts can lead to clutch failure,affecting vehicle starting and gear shifting.The annual aftersales compensation in the industry amounts to tens of millions.To eliminate this problem,reduce after-sales compensation in the industry and save social resources.The team first determined through non-code analysis that the main reason for the torque attenuation of the clutch pressure plate bolts was the lack of reliable radial limiting.Based on the non-code analysis,the team designed a conical positioning bolt.Through comparative experiments,the vehicles using the conical positioning bolts did not show the torque attenuation phenomenon of the clutch pressure plate bolts after the experiments.It was proved that this method can effectively improve the reliability of the clutch pressure plate connection.
