摘 要:随着城市化加速,餐厨垃圾处理的效率与环保性成为城市管理的重要议题。新能源餐厨垃圾车因其环保特性受到关注,但作业中产生的噪声问题亟待解决。本研究深入分析了新能源餐厨垃圾车在作业中产生的异常噪声问题。通过系统地识别和分析压缩机构、液压系统、电机、车体结构和气动系统等关键部分,明确了噪声主要源自机械运动、液压脉动、电磁效应、结构共振及气体泄漏。基于此,提出了一系列优化措施,包括机械结构的优化设计、减震隔音处理、电机噪声控制、车体结构改良及气动系统的密封性提升和消音设计,旨在源头减少噪声产生,有效控制其传播,提升车辆的环保性能和作业效率。With the acceleration of urbanization,the efficiency and environmental protection of food waste treatment have become an important issue in urban management.New energy food waste trucks have attracted attention because of their environmental protection characteristics.But the noise problem generated during operation needs to be solved urgently.This study deeply analyzes the abnormal noise generated by new energy food waste trucks during operation.By systematically identifying and analyzing the key parts such as the compression mechanism,hydraulic system,motor,car body structure and pneumatic system,it is clear that the main sources of noise are mechanical motion,hydraulic pulsation,electromagnetic effect,structural resonance and gas leakage.Based on this,a series of optimization measures are proposed,including the optimization design of mechanical structure,shock absorption and sound insulation,motor noise control,body structure improvement,and pneumatic system sealing improvement and sound reduction design,aiming to reduce noise generation at the source,effectively control its propagation,and improve the environmental performance and operation efficiency of the vehicle.
