摘 要:针对储热技术中传热系数偏低的问题,构建二维仿真优化模型,深入研究传热翅片形状与排布对储热性能的影响机制,运用数值仿真方法,对比不同翅片结构和排布方式的储热效果,进而确定最优翅片设计方案。结果表明,建立的模型运算高效、结果全面,能够明显提升储热效率,为储热技术的优化提供参考;通过对比矩形和三角形翅片的性能表现发现,细长条状的矩形翅片在保持面积不变的同时,通过开设小孔可以增大接触面积,从而提高储热效率。Aiming at the problem of low heat transfer coefficient in heat storage technology,a two-dimensional simulation optimization model was built to deeply study the influence mechanism of heat transfer fin shape and arrangement on heat storage performance.Numerical simulation method was used to compare the heat storage effect of different fin structures and arrangements,and then determine the optimal fin design scheme.The results show that the established model is efficient and comprehensive,which can significantly improve the heat storage efficiency and provide a reference for the optimization of heat storage technology.By comparing the performance of rectangular and triangular fins,it is found that the contact area of elongated rectangular fins can be increased by opening small holes while maintaining the same area,so as to improve the heat storage efficiency.
