摘 要:为了提高集中供热的能源利用效率,实现更高的节能效益,开展合同能源管理在集中供热节能改造中的应用研究。从热源能耗、热网传输效率、换热站效率等维度,诊断集中供热系统能耗。采用二级泵变频技术,以实现集中供热节能改造实施,提高集中供热系统的能效和稳定性。开发合同能源管理机制,实现对节能项目效益的监测和分享,为合同双方提供有力的决策支持。将方法投入实际供热节能改造工程验证效果。结果显示,该方法能够获取更大的节能经济效益和更高的供热效率。To enhance the energy utilization efficiency of centralized heating and achieve greater energy-saving benefits,research on the application of energy performance contracting in the energy-saving transformation of centralized heating systems is conducted.The energy consumption of the centralized heating system is diagnosed from dimensions such as heat source energy consumption,heat network transmission efficiency,and heat exchange station efficiency.Secondary pump frequency conversion technology is adopted to implement energy-saving transformations in centralized heating,thereby improving the energy efficiency and stability of the centralized heating system.An energy performance contracting mechanism is developed to monitor and share the benefits of energy-saving projects,providing strong decision support for both parties of the contract.The method is applied to actual heating energy-saving projects to verify its effectiveness.The results show that this method can achieve greater energy-saving economic benefits and higher heating efficiency.
