摘 要:针对严寒地区冬季集中供热用户室内温度不达标问题,探讨热源供热能力与城市建筑规模的协调建设。研究方法包括实时追踪气温数据、分析供热系统平衡调节问题,并结合具体工程案例进行理论分析。结果显示,室内温度不达标并非由极寒气候增加导致,而是供热系统不平衡、热源供热能力不足以及停暖用户过多所致。建议加强供热系统平衡调节,合理规划能源利用,以实现供热平衡和节能减排,同时强调长距离输热的合适度要根据具体地域分析,并考虑地区能源情况、城市规模、交通情况、气象条件等因素。Addressing the issue of substandard indoor temperatures for central heating users in cold regions during winter,this study discusses the coordinated construction of heat source heating capacity with urban building scale.The research methods include real-time tracking of temperature data,analysis of heating system balance adjustment issues,and theoretical analysis combined with specific engineering cases.The results show that the substandard indoor temperatures are not caused by an increase in extremely cold climates,but rather due to an imbalance in the heating system,insufficient heating capacity of heat sources,and an excess of users who have stopped heating.It is recommended to strengthen the balance adjustment of the heating system,plan energy use rationally,to achieve heating balance and energy saving and emission reduction.At the same time,it emphasizes that the suitability of long-distance heat transfer should be analyzed based on specific regions,taking into account factors such as local energy conditions,urban scale,transportation conditions,and meteorological conditions.
