摘　　要：双酚S作为双酚A的替代物被广泛应用于工业生产,但多项研究表明双酚S同样具有多种毒性效应。目前已有研究发现双酚S可对神经系统、内分泌系统、生殖系统等造成不良影响,尤其是在生殖系统方面,相关研究更为深入且广泛。双酚S暴露可引起雄性精子数量减少、活动率下降和畸形率增加,并降低睾酮水平;另一方面,双酚S暴露引起雌性卵巢体积和相对质量显著减少,并影响卵母细胞质量,降低促性腺激素(促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素)水平。双酚S作用于机体的机制复杂多样,涉及氧化应激、细胞凋亡、表观遗传修饰等,其中不同研究中双酚S的生殖毒性存在差异。该文对双酚S致生殖毒性表现及其机制进行综述。Bisphenol S is commonly utilized in the industry as a substitute for bisphenol A.However,numerous studies have indicated that bisphenol S also exhibits a wide range of toxicity.Bisphenol S has been found to cause adverse effects on the nervous system,endocrine system,reproductive system,etc.,with more extensive studies on the reproductive system.Specifically,bisphenol S exposure causes a decrease in sperm count,decreases motility and increases malformations,and decreases testosterone levels in males;on the other hand,bisphenol S exposure causes a significant reduction in ovarian volume and relative weight,affectes oocyte quality,decreases gonadotropins follicle-stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in females.The mechanisms by which bisphenol S affects the body are complex and varied,involving oxidative stress,cell death,and epigenetic modifications.Notably,the reproductive toxicity of bisphenol S varies in different studies.As a result,this paper reviews the reproductive toxicity of bisphenol S and its underlying mechanisms.
