摘  要:嗅觉影响着昆虫取食、交配、产卵等行为,然而嗅觉系统的状态并不是一成不变的,会随着昆虫状态的变化发生相应改变。交配是昆虫生活史中非常重要的行为,交配前后昆虫的各项生理状态都会发生明显变化,已有研究证明交配会影响蛾类昆虫的嗅觉感受,但其作用机制还不清楚。本研究以重大农业害虫棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera为研究对象,对交配与未交配雌雄蛾触角、下唇须和喙的转录组进行测序、分析和qPCR验证,探究交配对嗅觉相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,交配与未交配的雌雄蛾的各组织中均有一定数量的嗅觉相关基因的表达水平发生了显著变化,这些基因的表达变化可能导致了昆虫交配前后的嗅觉感受和行为的变化。本研究从分子水平上初步探索了交配对棉铃虫嗅觉影响的机制,为深入探究嗅觉可塑性以及嗅觉调控机制提供了理论依据。Olfaction influences various behaviors of insects,including feeding,mating,and oviposition.However,the state of olfactory system is dynamic and adjusted according to the insect’s physiological state.Mating is a crucial behavior in the life cycle of insects,leading to significant physiological changes.Previous researches have demonstrated that mating can affect olfactory perception in moths,while the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.This study investigated the impact of mating on expression of olfaction-related genes in the agricultural pest Helicoverpa armigera through transcriptome sequencing and qPCR analysis of the gene expression in antennae,labial palp,and proboscis of mated and virgin males and females.The results revealed significant changes in the expression levels of certain numbers of olfactory genes across tissues,indicating that such expression changes may lead to the changes of olfactory perception and behavior associated with mating.This research provides a molecular-level insight into the effects of mating on olfaction in H.armigera,laying a foundation for further exploration of olfactory plasticity and regulatory mechanisms.
