摘  要:本研究在实验室条件下测定了食蚜瘿蚊Aphidoletes aphidimyza 3龄幼虫对竹舞蚜Astegopteryx bambusifoliae 1~5龄若蚜的捕食功能、搜寻效应、自身密度干扰反应以及捕食偏好性,以此评估食蚜瘿蚊对竹舞蚜的控害潜能。结果表明,食蚜瘿蚊3龄幼虫对各龄期竹舞蚜的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ功能反应模型。其对1~2龄竹舞蚜的瞬时攻击率最大(0.527);对3龄竹舞蚜的处理时间最短(0.016 d),捕食能力(21.5)和日最大捕食量(61.3)最大。食蚜瘿蚊3龄幼虫对不同龄期竹舞蚜的搜寻效应随着竹舞蚜密度的上升而下降。种内干扰反应试验结果显示,随其自身密度的增加日均捕食量增加,捕食作用率降低,捕食者自身干扰作用增强,种内干扰反应方程分别为:E=0.4128 P^(-1.3232)(1~2龄),E=0.2559 P^(-1.2050)(3龄),E=0.2381 P^(-1.4423)(4龄),E=0.1355 P^(-0.9666)(5龄)。同一空间密度条件下,食蚜瘿蚊3龄幼虫对3龄、4龄竹舞蚜若蚜具有选择偏好性,选择系数(Q)分别为1.75和1.05,对其余龄期若蚜无选择偏好性。研究表明,食蚜瘿蚊幼虫对竹舞蚜具有较好控害潜能。The control potential of Aphidoletes aphidimyza in the prevention and control of Astegopteryx bambusifoliae was evaluated by examining the predation function,searching efficiency,self-density interference response and predation preference of the 3rd-instar larvae of A.aphidimyza on the 1st-to 5th-instar nymphs of A.bambusifoliae in laboratory conditions.The results showed that the functional response of the 3rd-instar larvae of A.aphidimyza to A.bambusifoliae conformed to a Holling typeⅡmodel,and the instantaneous attack rate of A.aphidimyza to the 1st-to 2nd-instar of A.bambusifoliae was the highest(0.527),while its handing time for the 3rd-instar of A.bambusifoliae was the shortest(0.016 d),with the highest predation capacity(21.5)and daily maximum consumption(61.3 individuals).The searching efficiency of A.aphidimyza gradually decreased with increasing density of A.bambusifoliae.The intraspecific interference test demonstrated a increasing daily predation,decreasing predation rate and growing interference effect with increase of self-density.The intraspecific interference equations are:E=0.4128 P^(-1.3232)(1st-to 2nd-instar),E=0.2559 P^(-1.2050)(3rd-instar),E=0.2381 P^(-1.4423)(4th-instar),E=0.1355 P^(-0.9666)(5th-instar).Under the same spatial density,the 3rd-instar larvae of A.aphidimyza showed an obvious predation preference for the 3rd-and 4th-instar nymphs of A.bambusifoliae,with selection index(Q)of 1.75 and 1.05,respectively,and showed no preference for the other instar nymphs.The study suggests that A.aphidimyza larvae have good potential for controlling A.bambusifoliae.
