摘 要:条锈病是发生于甘肃陇南小麦生产上最主要的病害之一,种植抗病品种是防治该病最经济有效的措施。对40个甘肃陇南小麦生产品种进行成株期抗条锈病性评价,分析1974年-2020年以‘兰天’冬小麦为主的抗条锈病品种在陇南条锈菌越夏区种植后主要流行小种变化情况,发现自1993年以来随着抗病品种(基因)布局的实施,主要流行小种出现间隔时间由不足2年延长到4.8年,最高出现频率由1980年的87.3%(CYR19)下降到2018年的38.5%(CYR34),抗锈冬小麦品种在陇南越夏区推广应用后对条锈菌主要流行小种控制效果明显。持续开展抗病品种合理布局应用,将会为持久控制小麦条锈病发生流行、保障甘肃省及中国小麦安全生产提供技术支撑。Wheat stripe rust,caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst),is one of the most important diseases affecting wheat production in Longnan,Gansu province.Planting resistant wheat varieties is the most economically effective control measure.This study evaluated adult plant resistance to stripe rust in 40 commercial wheat varieties grown in Longnan and analyzed the shifts in predominant Pst races from 1974 to 2020,particularly focusing on the primary resistant variety‘Lantian’used in the region.The results showed that since 1993,the implementation of resistant varieties has extended the emergence frequency time of dominant Pst races from less than two years to 4.8 years.The highest frequency of the predominant race decreased from 87.3%for CYR19 in 1980 to 38.5%for CYR34 in 2018.The results also indicated that the deployment of resistant winter wheat varieties in the Longnan summering area has effectively controlled the primary epidemic Pst races.Continued promotion of resistant wheat varieties will provides technical support for sustainably managing stripe rust in Gansu province and ensuring the safety of wheat production in China.
