摘　　要：瞬时受体电位香草酸通道2(transient receptor potential proteins vanilloid subtype 2,TRPV2)是一种对二价阳离子具有较高选择通透性的阳离子通道,在神经组织和非神经组织广泛分布,且在不同组织中发挥多样化的功能。作为一种多觉感受器,TRPV2通道在疼痛、神经轴突生长与发育、机械感受、心脏结构与功能维持、胰岛素分泌、促炎反应、肿瘤发生与转移及免疫应答等多种生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。TRPV2与恶性肿瘤密切相关,如TRPV2基因在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、白血病、神经胶质瘤等恶性肿瘤中表达明显增高。进一步的研究有助于深入理解TRPV2的功能机制,且有望成为有效的肿瘤生物标志物和未来的主要治疗靶点。本文对TRPV2在恶性肿瘤疾病中的研究进展做一综述。Transient receptor potential proteins vanilloid subtype 2(TRPV2)is a cation channel with a high selective permeability to bivalent cations,which is widely distributed in neural and non-neural tissues with a variety of functions in different tissues.As a polymodal receptor,the TRPV2 channel plays an important role in various physiological and pathological processes,such as pain,growth and development of nerve axons,mechanical perception,cardiac structure and function maintenance,insulin secretion,pro-inflammatory response,tumorigenesis and metastasis,and immune response.TRPV2 is closely related to malignant tumors.It overexpresses in malignant tumors,such as breast cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer,leukemia and glioma.A further research contributes to reveal the functional mechanism of TRPV2,and it is expected to become an effective tumor biomarker and a major therapeutic target in the future.In this review,the research progress of TRPV2 in malignant tumors was reviewed.
