术后全视角管理在三角纤维软骨复合体损伤腕关节镜诊治患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察术后全视角管理在三角纤维软骨复合体损伤腕关节镜诊治患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019至2022年收治的三角纤维软骨复合体损伤腕关节镜诊治患者98例,随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予三角纤维软骨复合体损伤腕关节镜诊治术后常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用术后全视角管理干预,比较2组负性心境测评指标(焦虑、抑郁)、疼痛[视觉模拟法(VAS)评分]、并发症情况及康复效果。结果试验组焦虑抑郁评分、视觉模拟疼痛VAS评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组康复效果指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全视角管理用于三角纤维软骨复合体损伤腕关节镜诊治患者术后管理,可对其心境的优化、疼痛困扰的减低、并发症的防控、康复成效的提升起到积极作用。Objective To observe the effect of postoperative all-perspective management in patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex injuries diagnosed and treated by wrist arthroscopy.Methods Ninety-eight patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex injury diagnosed and treated by wrist arthroscopy,Capital Medical University from 2019 to 2022 were selected.They were randomly assigned into the experimental group and control group by a random number table,with 49 cases per group.A routine postoperative nursing care was applied to all patients,and those in the experimental group were additionally managed by a postoperative all-perspective management.Clinical data after the intervention were compared between groups.Results In comparison to those of the control group,patients in the experimental group had significantly lower scores of anxiety and depression,and visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain(all P<0.05),and lower incidence of complications,better rehabilitation effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative all-perspective management in patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex injuries diagnosed and treated by wrist arthroscopy plays a positive role in the optimization of mood,alleviation of pain,prevention and control of complications,and improvement of rehabilitation effect.
