摘　　要：基于某前驱车项目中多个车型的自动装配技术调试经验,对Best-fit技术相关的通用调试流程与方法、投入产出优势及质量状态评价等进行了总结。重点介绍了该技术在新车型投产中的实际应用情况,为新项目白车身覆盖件的装配尺寸保证提供了前瞻性思考和标准化思路。Based on the experience of commissioning automated assembly technology for multiple models in a front-wheel drive vehicle project,the paper summarizes the general commissioning processes and methods related to Best-fit technology,its input-output advantages,and quality status evaluation.This paper also emphatically introduces the practical application of this technology in the production of new vehicle models,providing forward-thinking insights and standardized approaches for BIW panel parts of new projects to ensure assembly dimensions.
