粤北地区鸭大肠杆菌和鸭疫里默氏杆菌及沙门菌流行病学调查与菌株耐药性研究

摘  要:为了解粤北地区发病肉鸭中细菌感染情况和流行菌株耐药性,采用PCR方法对144只病死鸭组织进行大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)、鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Rimeria anatipestipestia,RA)和沙门菌(Salmonella,SE)核酸检测并对分离菌株进行药敏试验.结果表明,病死鸭组织样品中大肠杆菌、鸭疫里默氏杆菌、沙门菌核酸阳性率分别为57.64%(83/144)、87.5%(126/144)和8.33%(12/144).感染类型分析表明,单一细菌感染和细菌混合感染比例分别为49.31%(71/144)和50.69%(73/144).单一细菌感染类型中,78.87%(56/71)为鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染,21.13%(15/71)为大肠杆菌感染,没有检测到沙门菌单一感染.混合感染类型中,大肠杆菌和鸭疫里默氏杆菌混合感染比例最高,达到83.56%(61/73).药敏试验结果表明,不同细菌的耐药性有差异,但所分离的菌株对青霉素、阿莫西林、氨苄西林、林可霉素、恩诺沙星、罗红霉素等药物耐药率在75.00%~100.00%,所有菌株对大观霉素和呋喃妥因耐药率相对较低,且分离菌株都为多重耐药菌株.以上研究为粤北地区肉鸭细菌病防控提供了参考.In order to understand the bacterial infection and drug resistance of endemic strains in diseased ducks in northern Guangdong province,nucleic acid detection of Escherichia coli,Rimeria anatipestipestia and Salmonella was carried out in 144 dead ducks by PCR method,and drug susceptibility test was performed for the isolated strains.The results showed that the positive rates of Escherichia coli,Rimeria anatipestipestia and Salmonella were 57.64%(83/144),87.5%(126/144)and 8.33%(12/144).Analysis of infection types showed that the proportion of single bacterial infection and mixed bacterial infection were 49.31%(71/144)and 50.69%(73/144).Among the single bacterial infection types,78.87%(56/71)were infected with Rimeria anatipestipestia,21.13%(15/71)were infected with Escherichia coli,and no Salmonella single infection was detected.Among the types of co-infection,the proportion of co-infection between Escherichia coli and Rimeria anatipestipestia was the highest,reaching 83.56%(61/73).The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the drug resistance of different bacteria was different,but the resistance rate of isolated strains to penicillin,amoxicillin,ampicillin,lincomycin,enrofloxacin,roxithromycin was 75.00%~100.00%,and the resistance rate of all strains to macromycin and furantoin was relatively low,and the isolated strains were multi-drug resistant strains.The above research provides reference for the prevention and control of bacterial disease in meat ducks in northern Guangdong.
