热镀锌表面超疏水膜层构筑及其耐腐蚀性能研究

摘  要:为构筑热镀锌表面耐腐蚀超疏水膜层,首先通过简易的浸泡法对热镀锌表面进行粗化处理,然后用硬脂酸的醇溶液对其进行表面改性修饰。采用正交试验探究了粗化时间和改性时间对膜层耐腐蚀性能和超疏水性能的影响,通过红外分析、热重分析和X射线光电子能谱分析等手段对膜层表面物质组成进行了确认,使用扫描电子显微镜观察膜层形貌,并对超疏水膜层形成机理进行了讨论,通过电化学测试方法对膜层耐腐蚀性进行分析,还测试了膜层的耐冰冻稳定性。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为粗化时间4 h,改性时间20 min;超疏水膜层表面呈团簇花瓣状结构;超疏水膜层具有较优的耐腐蚀性能和耐腐蚀稳定性,其交流阻抗值达到7×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2),比原始热镀锌样品高出4个数量级;另外,该超疏水膜层还表现出良好的耐冰冻稳定性。To construct a corrosion⁃resistant superhydrophobic coating on the hot⁃dip galvanized surface,a simple soaking method was utilized to roughen the hot⁃dip galvanized surface,and the surface was further modified with an alcohol solution of stearic acid.The influences of rough⁃ening time and modification time on the coating’s corrosion resistance and superhydrophobic performance were investigated by orthogonal exper⁃iments,and the surface composition of the coating was confirmed via infrared spectrum analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and X⁃ray photoe⁃lectron spectroscopy analysis.Moreover,the morphology of the coating was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and the formation mechanism of the superhydrophobic coating was analyzed.The corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by electrochemical testing methods,and the freezing resistance stability of the coating was tested.Results showed that the as⁃obtained optimal parameters were the roughening time of 4 h and modification time of 20 min,and the surface of the superhydrophobic coating had a clustered petal⁃like structure.Meanwhile,the super⁃hydrophobic coating displayed remarkable corrosion resistance and stability,with an AC impedance value of 7×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2),which was four or⁃ders of magnitude higher than the original hot⁃dip galvanized sample.In addition,the superhydrophobic coating exhibited good freezing stability.
