超声滚压道次对AZ31B镁合金拉⁃拉疲劳性能的影响规律研究

摘  要:为提高AZ31B镁合金在高应力水平下的疲劳性能并揭示相关的作用机制,采用超声滚压工艺对其进行不同道次(2、4、6)滚压处理,并对滚压处理前后AZ31B镁合金的疲劳寿命、表面粗糙度、微观组织以及显微硬度进行测试分析。结果表明:经2道次滚压处理后,AZ31B镁合金的疲劳寿命最佳,较原始试样延长了53.6%;疲劳性能的提高与表面粗糙度的降低有关,但并非主导因素。经超声滚压处理的镁合金表层晶粒显著细化,形成了235315μm厚的塑性变形层,显微硬度呈现先升高后降低的趋势;晶粒细化和剧烈的塑性变形对镁合金疲劳性能的提高有重要贡献。本工作的研究结果为镁合金抗疲劳制造提供了理论依据和试验基础。In order to improve the fatigue performance of AZ31B magnesium alloy under high⁃stress levels and reveal the related mechanism,ultrasonic rolling process was used to roll it for different passes(2/4/6).Subsequently,the fatigue life,surface roughness,microstructure and microhardness of AZ31B magnesium alloy before and after rolling treatment were tested and analyzed.Results showed that the fatigue life of AZ31B magnesium alloy was the best after two passes of rolling treatment,which was 53.6%longer than that of the original sample.The im⁃provement of fatigue performance was related to the reduction of surface roughness,but it was not the dominant factor.The surface grains of the magnesium alloy treated by ultrasonic rolling were significantly refined,and a plastic deformation layer with a thickness of 235315μm was formed.Additionally,the microhardness showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Grain refinement and severe plastic deformation had important contributions to the improvement of fatigue properties of magnesium alloys.Overall,the research results provided theoretical basis and experimental basis for the anti⁃fatigue manufacturing of magnesium alloys.
