摘 要:为研究双层直线振动筛不同工作参数对筛分性能的影响,以矿物颗粒为研究对象,采用离散元软件,对双层直线振动筛进行仿真计算,分析振动频率、筛网材料、难筛粒质量分数对筛分性能的影响。采用动态筛分效率和筛面颗粒运动速度作为评价指标,分析各研究因素对筛分效率的影响。研究结果表明:振动频率对双层直线振动筛各层筛网的筛分效率影响为先增后减的趋势,上层筛网筛分过程影响下层筛网筛分效果;难筛颗粒质量分数为10%时,筛分效果较好;使用聚氨酯材料的筛网,颗粒流动速度最大,且筛分效率最高,不锈钢材料次之,橡胶材料最差;当振动频率为16Hz,筛网材料为聚氨酯,难筛粒质量分数为10%时,双层直线振动筛筛分效率较高。In order to study the influence of different working parameters of double-layer linear vibrating screen on screening performance,taking mineral particles as the research object,the simulation calculation of double-layer linear vibrating screen was carried out by using discrete element software,and the influence of vibration frequency,screen material and mass fraction of difficult-to-screen particles on screening performance was analyzed.Then,the dynamic screening efficiency and the velocity of the particles on the screen surface were used as the evaluation indexes to analyze the influence of various research factors on the screening efficiency.The results showed that the influence of vibration frequency on the screening efficiency of each layer of double-layer linear vibrating screen increased first and then decreased and the screening process of the upper screen affected the screening effect of the lower screen.When the mass fraction of difficult-to-screen particles was 10%,the screening effect was better.The polyurethane screen had the largest particle flow velocity and the highest screening eficiency,followed by stainless steel screen,and the rubber screen was the worst.When the vibration frequency was 16 Hz,the screen material was polyurethane,and the mass fraction of difficult-to-screen particles was 10%,the screening efficiency of the double-layer linear vibrating screen was higher.
