摘  要:在选矿过程中,球磨机和旋流器后面的矿浆粒度对浮选等下游选矿过程有着重要影响。选矿过程中的在线粒度检测,可以帮助技术人员更好地调整选矿过程中的工艺参数,提高选矿效率和产品质量。介绍了机械位移传感器式、超声波衰减式、激光散射/衍射式在线粒度分析仪的测量原理、代表产品以及其性能指标等,对比分析了3种测量技术的优劣势。In the process of mineral separation,the particle size of the pulp behind the ball mill and the cyclone has an important influence on the downstream mineral separation process,such as flotation.Online monitoring for the particle size during the mineral separation process can help technicians better adjust the process parameters in the mineral separation process and improve the mineral separation efficiency and product quality.In this paper,the mechanical displacement sensor type,ultrasonic attenuation type and laser scattering/diffraction type online analyzers for the particle size were introduced.In addition,the measurement principles of the three analyzers and the performance indexes of their representative products were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the three measurement techniques were compared.
