改良AAO-MBBR工艺在污水处理厂原位提标改造中的应用

摘  要:【目的】山东省某城镇污水处理厂建设规模为3万m^(3)/d,实际处理规模为2.1万m^(3)/d,原工艺采用“粗格栅及提升泵站+细格栅及曝气沉砂池+改良预缺氧-厌氧/缺氧/好氧法(AAO)生化处理+二沉池+高效沉淀池+加氯消毒”的污水处理工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。因该项目已无法满足更高的水质要求且现场土地受限,需要对现状工艺进行原位提标改造。【方法】通过调整生化处理单元分区池容、水力流向,并新增进水点、投加生物填料、重置曝气系统等措施,将改良AAO工艺改造为改良AAO-移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)工艺,【结果】取得了较好的污染物去除效果,生化处理系统更加稳定可靠且可灵活调控。改造完成后,该厂出水氨氮、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))、五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中的Ⅳ类标准,总氮(TN)≤12 mg/L。【结论】此工程具有节约占地、节省投资,运行高效稳定、处理效果良好的特点,改造实施后削减了污染物排放总量,有效改善了受纳水体的水环境质量,为类似的污水处理厂提标改造项目提供了借鉴和参考。[Objective]The construction scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in a certain town in Shandong Province is 30000 m^(3)/d.The actual processing capacity is 21000 m^(3)/d.The original process used a wastewater treatment process of"coarse grid and lifting pump station+fine grid and aeration sedimentation tank+modified pre-anoxic anaerobic/anoxic/oxic(AAO)biochemical treatment+secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+chlorination disinfection",and the effluent quality complied with the first level A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municopal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).Due to the inability of the project to meet higher water quality requirements and limited land on site,it was necessary to carry out in-situ upgrading and reconstruction of the current process.[Methods]By adjusting the partition tank capacity and hydraulic flow direction of the biochemical treatment unit,and adding new influent points,adding biological fillers,and resetting the aeration system,the improved AAO process was transformed into the improved improved AAO-moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)process,[Results]achieving good pollutant removal effects.The biochemical treatment system was more stable,reliable,and could be flexibly regulated.After the renovation was completed,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus(TP),chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)),and BOD_(5) of effluent of the WWTP met the ClassⅣstandards in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002),with mass concentration of total nitrogen(TN)no more than 12 mg/L.[Conclusion]This project has the characteristics of land saving,investment saving,efficient and stable operation,and good treatment effect.After the implementation of the renovation,the total amount of pollutant discharge is reduced,and the water environment quality of the receiving water body is effectively improved.It provides reference and guidance for similar sewage treatment plant upgrading and renovation projects.
