摘 要:【目的】生物反应池是污水处理厂的关键处理单元,对其过程的水质动态监测不但可协助运行人员及时做出工艺调整,而且是智慧水厂实现的关键环节。目前,在线水质仪表主要应用在总进水段和总出水段,在工作环境更恶劣的生物反应池中的应用较少。文章以实际案例为背景,从水质在线仪表的维护角度进行了探索,为智慧水厂的推进提供支撑。【方法】文章通过对仪表监测数据的异常分析发现存在的问题,同时通过问题解决前后的数据对比分析,确定影响仪表检测准确度的可能性因素和解决措施。【结果】研究发现,电极质量、安装位置和环境温度对仪表的稳定性和准确度影响较大。好氧池3廊道中段2块硝氮在线仪数据趋势一致,但与实验室检测数据相差过大,更换电极后,数据恢复正常。缺氧末硝氮在线仪在流速较小的位置,数据长期在1 mg/L以下,与实验室检测数据4~5 mg/L相差较大,仪表调整到流速大的位置后,数据恢复正常。缺氧末硝氮数据在冬季存在2块仪表数据重合性不够稳定的现象,当维护方法考虑温度对仪表的影响后,数据重合度明显提高。【结论】综上所述,为保证在线仪表的稳定性和准确度,需完善对初始电极质量的管理,安装位置应选择混合均匀的位置,校准过程中需等仪表监测温度稳定后再进行电压记录。若维护到位,且实际水质指标在5 mg/L以上时,电极法在线氨氮仪和在线硝氮仪的相对误差可以控制在15%以内。[Objective]The biological reaction tank is the key treatment unit of the WWTP.The dynamic monitoring of the water quality can not only assist the operators to make timely process adjustments,but also is a key link in the realization of a smart WWTP.At present,online water quality analyzers were mainly used in the influent and effluent sections,and were rarely used in biological reaction tank.Based on the actual cases,this paper explored from the perspective of maintenance of online water quality analyzers,and provided support for the advancement of smart WWTP.[Methods]The paper discovered the problems through the analysis of the abnormal measurement data.And through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the problem-solving,the possible factors affecting the accuracy of the online water quality analyzers and the solutions were determined.[Results]It was found that in the process of analyzers maintenance and calibration,the quality of electrode,the installation location and the temperature were the aspects that need to be paid attention.The nitrate nitrogen on-line data trends of the middle section of the third corridor of aerobic tank were consistent,but obviously different from the laboratory data.After electrode replacement,the data returned to normal.The nitrogen online analyzers of the end of anoxic tank was in a position with a small flow rate,and the data had been below 1 mg/L for a long time,which was obviously different from the laboratory data of 4~5 mg/L.After position changed with a large flow rate,the data returned to normal.For nitrate nitrogen on-line data of the end of anoxic tank,there was an unstable coincidence of the data of the two analyzers in winter.When the temperature was considered in the maintenance method,the data coincidence was significantly improved.[Conclusion]To sum up,in order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the online analyzers,it is necessary to improve the management of the electrode quality.The installation position should be selected in a uniformly mixe
