摘　　要：通过对《精细化工产业创新发展实施方案(2024—2027年)》的深入解读,明确了精细化工行业发展的战略定位、总体思路和总体目标。在梳理染颜料行业发展现状,面临问题挑战和机遇的基础上,提出促进染颜料行业发展的工作重点,最终实现中国染颜料行业大而强的目标。In the‘Implementation Plan for Innovation and Development of Fine Chemical Industry(2024-2027),the strategic positioning,overall thinking and objectives have been clarified.The development status of dye and pigment industry,as well as the problems,challenges and opportunities were reviewed.In order to achieve the ultimate goal of big and strong dye and pigment industry in China,the key points of promoting the development of industry were put forward.
