理气定痛汤联合血府逐瘀片治疗对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者中医证候积分及血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨理气定痛汤联合血府逐瘀片治疗对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者中医证候积分、血液流变学指标的影响。方法选择2021年2月—2024年2月莱西市人民医院收治的82例气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用血府逐瘀片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合理气定痛汤治疗。比较两组的中医证候积分、临床疗效、血液流变学指标、炎症反应、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论理气定痛汤联合血府逐瘀片治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者的效果显著,可减轻临床症状及炎症反应,改善血液流变学指标,且安全可靠。Objective Exploring the effect of Liqi Dingtong decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu tablets on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score and hemorheological indicators in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Laixi People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu tablets,while the observation group was treated with Liqi Dingtong decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators,inflammatory response,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Neither group experienced significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The Liqi Dingtong decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,it can alleviate
