肌筋膜触发点针刺联合发散式体外冲击波在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者采用针刺肌筋膜触发点联合发散式体外冲击波治疗的临床效果。方法选取东莞市凤岗医院2023年1月—2024年4月收治的76例KOA患者为研究对象,采用红蓝球法将其分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组采用体外冲击波治疗,研究组采用肌筋膜触发点针刺联合发散式体外冲击波治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组膝关节协会评分为(83.71±3.88)分,高于对照组的(80.18±3.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论肌筋膜触发点针刺联合发散式体外冲击波治疗KOA的效果显著,可有效改善患者关节功能,且治疗期间不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of myofascial trigger points acupuncture combined with divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Seventy-Six KOA patients admitted to Fenggang Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a research group by red and blue ball method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the research group received myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy,both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,knee function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 89.47%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Knee Society Scale score of the research group was(83.71±3.88)points,which was higher than(80.18±3.59)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Myofascial trigger point acupuncture combined with divergent extracorporeal shock wave therapy for KOA has a significant effect,can effectively improve the joint function of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions during treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
