基于六经辨证应用桂枝汤加味在太阳表虚型变应性鼻炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于六经辨证应用桂枝汤加味在太阳表虚型变应性鼻炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择南通市海门区中医院2023年1—12月收治的60例太阳表虚型变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用桂枝汤加味治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效、症状评分及生存质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鼻症状总分为(3.86±0.68)分,鼻炎伴随症状总分为(1.04±0.33)分,均低于对照组的(5.75±0.72)分、(1.31±0.45)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童版鼻结膜炎生存质量量表评分为(62.43±4.85)分,低于对照组的(84.56±5.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于六经辨证应用桂枝汤加味治疗太阳表虚型变应性鼻炎患儿的疗效确切,可减轻患儿症状,提升其生存质量。Objective To explore the application effect of modified Guizhi decoction in children with exterior deficiency type of Taiyang of allergic rhinitis based on six channels differentiation.Methods Sixty children with exterior deficiency type of Taiyang of allergic rhinitis admitted to Haimen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nantong City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of nasal symptoms in the observation group was(3.86±0.68)points,and the total score of concomitant symptoms of rhinitis was(1.04±0.33)points,which were lower than(5.75±0.72)points and(1.31±0.45)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Pediatric Rhino-conjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire was(62.43±4.85)points,which was lower than(84.56±5.71)points of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on six channels differentiation,the application of modified Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of children with exterior deficiency type of Taiyang of allergic rhinitis has a definite effect,which can reduce the symptoms of children and improve their life quality.
